Job Description: As a Non-Emergency Driver at Mobility Dash, LLC, you will play a crucial role in providing transportation services to individuals who require non-emergency medical trips. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation of our clients to and from medical appointments, rehabilitation centers, and other non-emergency destinations.
Responsibilities:
* Safe Transportation: Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, ensuring the well-being of passengers during their journeys.
* Punctuality: Arrive at scheduled pickup locations on time and ensure clients reach their destinations promptly.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, showing empathy and courtesy to clients at all times.
* Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatch and office staff to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and any special requirements.
* Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
* Documentation: Accurately complete trip logs, mileage records, and other required paperwork.
* Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to accommodate client needs.
Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic regulations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with clients.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
