Position Summary One of our newest factories, located along the Virginia border, breathes new life into a former brewery, creating an innovative and technologically advanced pet food manufacturing facility. We have transformed the existing structure in Rockingham County to produce leading dry dog and cat food brands, including Purina Pro Plan®, Purina ONE®, and Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets®. As a Manufacturing Excellence (Continuous Improvement) Manager, you’ll coordinate all Nestlé Continuous Excellence (World Class Manufacturing) initiatives and Pillar activities as you act as the single point of contact for stakeholders. Play a critical role in developing improvement plans and strategies to drive profitability through analysis of costs and losses. You’ll ensure that our processes enable top-line growth and improve manufacturing asset intensity through the reduction of manufacturing losses. Define and communicate continuous improvement plans across the facility. Monitor and coordinate the execution of Nestlé Continuous Excellence plans. Manage Manufacturing Excellence Department organization including allocation of various roles and responsibilities. Implement Nestlé Continuous Excellence methodology across teams and processes including training, coaching, and assessment. Support development of Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, competencies, and routines with the market. Requirements Bachelor's Degree 3+ years’ of leadership experience with LEAN Manufacturing, Total Performance Management (TPM), or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing, technical, military, or related environment and 1+ years of people leadership experience The approximate yearly pay range for this position is $115,780 - $157,890. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Warehouse & Assembly Operator – Part Time & Full Time (Temporary Staffing Pool)

What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment Familiarity with inventory control processes, material handling procedures, and shipping/receiving operations is a plus. Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred. Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material storage requirements. Ability to accurately handle, move, and track inventory while maintaining quality and safety standards. A willingness to learn warehouse processes, equipment operation, and inventory management best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with production, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory teams to meet operational goals. The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, upon successful training and certification. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. Work Schedule This position offers a work schedule designed to accommodate Sunlight's core business hours and manufacturing operations. Scheduled hours will be determined based on facility needs and may vary to support production, sanitation, and facility maintenance requirements. We are a 24/7 operation with continuous production and staffing needs across all shifts. Work schedules may include 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, or weekends to support operational demands. What You Bring Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with temperature variations, noise, and other conditions typical of warehouse environments. Basic Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident. Sponsorship is not available. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must demonstrate dependability and strong attendance. 1–3 years of assembly, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience (battery industry experience a plus). Ability to operate forklifts and obtain certification if not already certified. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience working in manufacturing, battery production, or related industries. Forklift operational experience Knowledge of ERP or advanced WMS platforms. Strong problem‑solving abilities and initiative in resolving inventory or equipment issues. Ability to collaborate effectively with production, shipping, and quality teams. Adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic production environment.
